I want to invite you to our next events:

From 1st of September on Yoga Practise class every Wednesday from 

6.45-8.15pm in the Red Cross room Nr.3 in Knittelfeld.

9 Euros per person. Everybody is most welcome!

 Singing bowl Yoga and Meditation on 2nd of November from 7pm to 8.30pm in "Sauna Stüberl" and on 3rd of November from 6.45pm to 8.15pm in room 3 of Red cross Knittelfeld. 

12 euros per person incl. all materials and stuff.

Introducing in the meaning of ayurvedic cooking, how to use the spacies and herbals in the right way.

Every body is most welcome, please make a call before coming.

BELLY DANCING CLASS

Starting at 4th of October with Mrs. Kraßnitzer, who is a well known teacher for belly dancing in our Area.

For beginners and all others who are interested in dancing and making movements for a better body-feeling and a better health.

Harmonize the chakras and gives a wonderful, unique body feeling.

Price for seven evenings is 77? only per person.

On the following dates the course will happen:

04.10., 18.10., 25.10., 08.11., 22.11., 06.12., 20.12.2010
